FeaturedProject   1953 to 1959 Flame top Burst Conversion. Owned by Bob Rock (Producer) best know for his work with Metallica, Bon Jovi, Aerosmith, Motley Crue the list goes on. Bob sent his late 1953 previously converted Goldtop in and had the top replaced with a bookmatched  Eastern Flame Maple top.  The guitar was converted to 1959 Burst specifications and outfitted with Area59 Hysteric vintage reproduction replica parts.

LatestNews Fingerboards 4/23/2012,  Fully machined fingerboards for your Historic guitar project.  Our boards are fully machined and shaped with a 5 axis cnc, 12" fingerboard radius, Historic Scale length (exact scale match) Vintage Inlay routes are routed to match fingerboard radius just like vintage boards.  Slotted 0.023" fret slots,  Original style Cellulose Nitrate Inlays Trapezoid or Face dots installed. 1/4" dia index holes on the back side of board to index with your Historic guitar.  These boards will snap right on to your guitar in the same location as the old board.  Available styles Historic Les Paul Historic ES335 with face dots Historic Flying V and Explorer face dots and side dots.
